Oversees the management, optimization, and performance of our websites, digital communication channels, and online platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience, implementing best practices in SEO, accessibility, and digital compliance, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives.I. Major Responsibilities:
1. Website & Platform Management
- Manages website operations, ensuring an optimized, user-centric experience across multiple digital platforms.
- Leads website enhancements, maintenance, and issue resolution while ensuring seamless functionality.
- Implements SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic traffic.
- Maintains website content governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
- Oversees search management tools and ensure accurate information across digital touchpoints.
2. Collaboration & Project Management
- Serves as the digital strategy advisor to internal stakeholders, guiding best practices and innovation.
- Works closely with marketing, IT, compliance, and external vendors to execute digital initiatives.
- Manages project workflows in Jira and other tracking tools, ensuring timely execution of tasks.
- Aligns website strategy with broader digital marketing, paid media, and email campaigns for a cohesive experience.
3. Digital Compliance & Optimization
- Ensures all digital assets comply with HIPAA, GDPR, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Conducts user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee optimal performance across devices.
- Uses website auditing tools (e.g., Siteimprove, Screaming Frog) to identify and fix issues like broken links and accessibility gaps.
4. Analytics & Performance Measurement
- Generates and analyzes website performance reports, using insights to inform ongoing strategy and improvements.
- Leverages tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to track engagement and drive optimizations.
- Establishes KPIs such as organic traffic growth, site performance improvements, and patient engagement metrics.
II. Position Qualifications:
License/Certification/Education:
Required:
1. Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Interactive/Digital Media, Marketing, Computer Science).
Preferred:
1. Relevant product or project management certifications.
Experience/Skills:
Required:
1. 5–7 years of experience in website management, digital strategy, or related fields.
2. Expertise in Content Management Systems (CMS), preferably Drupal.
3. Strong knowledge of SEO, analytics, and digital marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
4. Proficiency in website optimization and accessibility (e.g. Siteimprove, Screaming Frog).
5. Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Smartsheet, Monday.com).
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical partners.
Preferred:
1. Experience in healthcare digital platforms.
2. Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g. Mailchimp, Eloqua, Constant Contact).
3. Basic coding knowledge (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tailwind).
