We are searching for a talented RN-Educator I

Hours: 32 flex 40hrs

Shift: Day shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: Charlton Memorial Hospital - Fall River, MA

Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.

Under direction of the Executive Director, Director or designee, perform a wide variety of duties in the area of practice/consultation, education, staff development, research, leadership, other related duties and responsibilities, etc. Position responsibilities involve increasing the quality and cost effectiveness of patient care and evaluation of various outcomes within area of own specialty.

• Bachelor of Science required, BSN or MSN strongly preferred.
• Demonstrates ability to utilize technology to document, evaluate, and manage educational curriculum.
• Demonstrates organization, coordination, and time management skills.
• Must possess and demonstrate highly effective interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
• Must maintain competency within areas of own position responsibilities.
• Five (5) years of related work experience is required.
• An RN Licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• ANA or National Certification in the area of specialty is required within one year.
• Current BLS Certification is also required.
• Position to encompass Interventional Services areas: Cardiac Cath Lab, Electrophysiology Lab, Post Recovery Unit, and Interventional Radiology areas at SLH and CMH. Position will be based out of CMH site.
• Must have BLS, ACLS, PALS certification. TNCC certification may be obtained after hire.
• Experience in Interventional Radiology, Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology Lab and procedural related experience strongly preferred. Must have knowledge and experience in assessment and management pre/post procedures.

• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

USD $44.46 - USD $81.40 /Hr.
