ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Assist in the planning and execution of development projects.
• Provide support to in managing project timelines and deliverables.
• Email Campaign Management:
o Build and manage email campaigns using Marketo, including newsletters, solicitations, and event communications.
• CRM Alignment:
o Collaborate with the Information Systems and Business Intelligence team to develop segmented lists and ensure unsubscribe requests and other list maintenance is reflected in the Department’s CRM.
• Content Management:
o Update the Giving website(s) using a content management system, including landing pages, events, stories, and donation forms.
• Web Production:
o Help troubleshoot technical issues with the website and perform daily quality assurance checks to ensure consistent user experience for donors, prospects, and other website visitors
o Perform UAT for website releases and perform QC across site
• Digital Asset Management
o Ensure all digital content complies with brand guidelines and accessibility standards (W3C validation, cross-browser testing).
• Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
o Participate in the collection, analysis, and reporting of communications and marketing metrics; implement process improvements to optimize effectiveness and quality.
o Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital channels including email, web, and video.
• Stakeholder Liaison:
o Serve as a liaison with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and manage expectations.
o Help evaluate new project requests and determine appropriate digital solutions.
• Team Collaboration and Training:
o Participate in weekly planning meetings and cross-functional team check-ins.
• Intranet and Workflow Support:
o Support the department’s intranet site and internal digital workflows
• Continuous Learning:
o Maintain proficiency in relevant communications and marketing technologies (e.g., InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Workfront, Atlas CRM, Asana, WordPress, Google Analytics) to support content creation, project collaboration, management, and dissemination.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required and 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, web production, or related digital production roles. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills, abilities, and competencies:

  • Experience in digital production within content management platforms, marketing automation and email tools, video editing tools. Experience with WordPress, Marketo, Gravity Forms or ability to learn new platforms.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS and well versed in modern web site publishing practices using a CMS, comfortable hand coding. Experience with JavaScript (jQuery), and templating languages (Velocity) a plus
  • Experience with cross-browser and cross platforms testing
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to shifting priorities, and maintain professionalism under pressure.

  • Professionalism and a strong work ethic
  • Desire and motivation to learn about the organization and fundraising
