Job Summary
SummaryResponsible for providing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and ongoing maintenance of new and existing software applications. This role also provides training and support to end users.
Essential Functions
-Reviews system requirements and business processes; tests, debugs, and implements software solutions.
-Develops and executes test plans and performs other software quality assurance tasks.
-Trains end users on the operation of software applications. Develops end-user documentation.
-Provides ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
-Runs reports, updates tables, and performs other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment.
-Participates in regular team meetings to discuss team activities, issues, and updates.
Grand Central/Prelude fundamental experience requirements
-Knowledge of Patient Access workflows
-ADT and Registration workflows/Navigators
-Authorization and Referral workflows/Navigators
-Confirmation Warnings and Errors
-Item Profiles and Item Defaults
-Patient and Referral Workqueue knowledge
-Reporting Workbench and SlicerDicer knowledge
-Benefit Engine Knowledge
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree Information Systems required
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?

License and Credentials
-Epic Grand Central, Prelude or Cadence Certification Preferred
Experience
Experience in the development, support or operation of software applications 2-3 years required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Demonstrated analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other popular office productivity solutions.
- If utilizing Epic, you must be able to obtain the required certifications as outlined by program requirements.

Working Model Requirements
M-F Eastern Business Hours Full Time required
Hybrid model includes in person onsite work at MGB local sites, weekly or monthly, to be determined based on business needs
Must be flexible for weekly or monthly in person stakeholder meetings, team meetings and internal customer needs
On remote workdays, employees must use a stable, secure, and compliant workstation in a quiet environment. Teams video is required and must be accessed using MGB-provided equipment
