The MGB Digital intern role may be project management or technical/IT/security - focused, based on department openings and availability.


Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required

  • Must be currently enrolled in college-level courses

As a Mass General Brigham Digital Intern, you will have the opportunity to:


Contribute to the Organization:

  • Support Digital projects: Interns will assist in ongoing projects, providing valuable help to Digital staff while learning in the process.

  • Bring innovative ideas and new perspectives to the table.

Gain Real-World Experience & Professional Development:

  • Hands-On Learning: Gain practical exposure to meaningful work, applying classroom knowledge to real-world situations.

Several events will be held over the 10 weeks to provide an opportunity to learn about MGB and become familiar with company culture. Events include:

  • Digital Orientation & Welcome

  • Weekly virtual coffee & conversation

  • Hospital tours

  • Digital Town Hall at Assembly Row

  • Career seminar with MGB department leaders

  • Marlborough Data Center Tour

  • Final “Graduation” Day!

Additionally, interns will participate in job shadows and group project assignments to support MGB Digital initiatives!

Working Schedule:

  • Required internship dates: June 1 - August 7, 2026

  • Up to 40 hours per week

  • Hybrid working model, onsite required for team meetings and events at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA.

  • Other onsite presence may be required at MGB sites as needed, depending on department locations

  • Remote working hours require a quiet, secure, HIPAA-compliant working station
