The MGB Digital intern role may be project management or technical/IT/security - focused, based on department openings and availability.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Must be currently enrolled in college-level courses

As a Mass General Brigham Digital Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

Support Digital projects: Interns will assist in ongoing projects, providing valuable help to Digital staff while learning in the process.

Several events will be held over the 10 weeks to provide an opportunity to learn about MGB and become familiar with company culture. Events include:

Digital Town Hall at Assembly Row
Career seminar with MGB department leaders
Marlborough Data Center Tour
Final “Graduation” Day!
Additionally, interns will participate in job shadows and group project assignments to support MGB Digital initiatives!
Working Schedule:
Required internship dates: June 1 - August 7, 2026
Up to 40 hours per week
Hybrid working model, onsite required for team meetings and events at Assembly Row in Somerville, MA.
Other onsite presence may be required at MGB sites as needed, depending on department locations
Remote working hours require a quiet, secure, HIPAA-compliant working station
