Job Summary
The OpportunityThis Student Intern is part of the MGB Digital Complementary Applications team, providing end-user support to various enterprise applications currently used by Finance and Administrative functions across MGB. The portfolio of applications includes but is not limited to: Qualtrics (Employee Surveys), Adobe Sign (eSignature), Ellucid (Policy Management), Graduway (Alumni Management), Student Placement (Microsoft Tools); the position will also assist with the implementation and support of other enterprise tools, projects and/or processes aimed at improving the employee experience.
• Project Planning: Assisting in the development of project (cut over) plans, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Team Coordination: Collaborating with team members to ensure clear communication, coordination, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Task Management: Tracking project tasks, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of project milestones.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documents.
• Risk Management: Identifying and assessing project risks and issues and working with the project team to develop and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stakeholder Communication: Facilitating effective communication with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management, to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that project deliverables meet quality standards and conducting quality reviews to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Budget Management: Assisting in monitoring project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring that project costs are within the allocated budget.
• Change Management: Assisting in managing project changes, including scope changes, schedule adjustments, and resource reallocations, while minimizing the impact on project objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Participating in project post-mortem reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement in future projects. Overall, the Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the successful execution of projects by providing administrative, organizational, and coordination support to the project team. They will contribute to the efficient and effective delivery of projects by ensuring that all project activities are well-coordinated, risks are managed, and stakeholders are engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Student Intern must be currently enrolled in college courses (under-grad or post-grad degree program) in related field, or recently graduated

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and pivot within scope for business needs

Working Conditions & Working Model Required
- M-F Eastern Business hours, 40 hours per week, Hybrid working model includes 2x weekly onsite in office and possible planned events at MGB local sites and Assembly Row.
- Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant
- Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible
- 6 month assignment
