Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, Digital Strategy & Operations, the Digital Project Manager leads complex, high-visibility Digital projects with a focus on delivery, stakeholder engagement, and adoption. The role combines strong project management expertise with communications skills to ensure initiatives are executed effectively and clearly understood by stakeholders and end users. The Digital Project Manager works closely with the Digital Communications team, product teams, clinical and technical leaders, and cross-functional partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, aligned with organizational priorities, and communicated clearly and often to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Marketing/Communications
Experience
4-6 years of experience in project management within digital, technology, healthcare, or large-scale enterprise environments.
Communications or change management experience preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of project management principles, concepts and practices.
Able to translate complex technical and clinical information into clear and creative actionable project deliverables and key messaging for diverse audiences.
Knowledge of IT concepts and basic operating principles of data communications and information systems hardware and software.
Build consensus among diverse stakeholders, using negotiation and diplomacy to align priorities and resolve conflicts.
Knowledge of file maintenance and report generation methods.
Strong understanding of project management principles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
Excellent writing and editing skills; able to adapt tone and style for varied audiences.
Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills to assess project performance, measure results and identify improvement opportunities.
Understanding of best practices for digital communications, content management systems, and multi-channel campaign execution.
Ability to manage competing priorities, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable presenting project plans and updates to stakeholders.
Skilled at building relationships and facilitating collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders
Be able to work independently on projects, and collaboratively when needed.

Project Management (55%)
Assist in developing project goals, scope, success metrics and work plans in collaboration with stakeholders, using recognized project management methodologies and in alignment with Digital strategy.
Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, track milestones, and proactively manage risks and dependencies across workstreams to ensure deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
Lead cross-functional teams including technical, clinical, and business stakeholders; facilitate decision-making and consensus-building.
Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues, escalating to leadership as needed.
Prepare and deliver project updates, documentation and status reports to stakeholders.
Represent Digital Communications in workgroups and meetings, demonstrating diplomacy and collaboration.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure delivery meets project scope, budget and quality expectations.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance project delivery.
Coordinate testing, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support activities as applicable.
Project Execution & Asset Development (35%)
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Digital projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and in scope.
Support the creation, editing, and publishing of project assets along with clinical and technical documentation (e.g. technical FAQs, talking points, emails, presentations, etc.) in collaboration with clinical and technical subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and alignment with enterprise systems.
Develop content across multiple mediums, including video production (script writing, storyboarding, video creation).
Maintain Digital Vitals pages (SharePoint), ensuring content is accurate, accessible, up to date, and aligned with enterprise standards.
Manage ad hoc requests, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project priorities.
Metrics & Reporting (10%)
Research, collect, and evaluate project and campaign data to meet reporting and evaluation requirements.
Track and analyze project and campaign performance – including engagement metrics across multiple platforms – and present findings to leadership and stakeholders.
Collaborate with IT and data management teams as needed to ensure reporting methods align with enterprise data architecture, governance, and analytics practices.
Develop reporting templates, dashboards, and trackers to support portfolio reviews and decision-making.
Leverage metrics and lessons learned to recommend enhancements to processes, tools, and offerings.
