Job Summary

Responsible for coordinating and supervising administrative activities related to network management, contracting, and provider relations.


Qualifications

Essential Functions<br>-Oversee the administrative aspects of the auto network, including managing network contracts, provider credentialing, and enrollment processes.
-Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
-Serve as a primary point of contact for network providers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.
-Foster positive relationships with network providers and handle escalated issues effectively.
-Collaborate with the legal team to negotiate and finalize contracts with network providers, ensuring that agreements are comprehensive and aligned with organizational goals.
-Monitor contract performance, terms, and renewals.

Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required

Licenses and Credentials

Experience
Experience in healthcare network administration, provider relations, or contracting within the auto network 3-5 years preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, credentialing, and contracting processes.
- Familiarity with claims processing, reimbursement, and payment systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with providers, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis using relevant software or tools.
