Job Summary
Internship Summary:-Support Digital Excellence project & program management
-Participate and document project requirements and deadlines
-Assist in coordination of monthly Digital Work & Learn Day seminars
-Work with communication experts to support projects, including website updates, monthly newsletter, and media articles
-Conducts analysis on Digital culture and engagement data sets to identify key themes, metrics, learnings, and recommendations
-Take notes and minutes during meetings
-Shadow multiple positions within team and train in a variety of tasks
-Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Role/Responsibilities

Skills & Abilities
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot
Strong oral and written communication skills
High degree of initiative and enthusiasm for learning new technology concepts and working with new tools and sources of information.
Strong PC / Microsoft application skills including Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Comfortable with data and analysis
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Enrolled in College Courses
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be reliable and punctual.
Excellent management skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to take and follow direction.
Willingness to learn.
Schedule requirements:
This internship will be June 2nd - August 8th 2025.
M-F Hybrid role includes onsite at MGB local sites and Assembly Row.
Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant
Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible.
