Job Summary
Mass General Brigham offers a full range of care for our patients at our world-class hospitals and community healthcare centers.The Intern will be involved in projects and invites, that include;
· Support McLean Tech Services team in deploying and maintaining hospital issued hardware
· Participate in various McLean Tech Services projects including Windows upgrades, Portable Device Inventory, and End of Life Device Replacements
· Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support to hospital end-users
· Organize and maintain ServiceNow tickets and inventory management
Schedule Requirements:
Weekly Onsite required, 4 days onsite in Belmont.
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Eastern Business hours, with 80% of the time spent onsite Belmont location, and 20% remote. Days onsite are flexible and due to business needs.
Remote work requires stable, quiet, secure, compliant work station
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Enrolled in Undergraduate Degree program
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Must be reliable and punctual.
Excellent management skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to take and follow direction.
Willingness to learn.
