Job Summary

• Support governance meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas, and documenting decisions and action items.
• Track compliance with governance policies, identifying risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Assist in planning and executing Workday-related projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are met.
• Gather and analyze project data to track progress, identify risks, and support reporting.
• Prepare status reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Assist in developing communication plans and materials for governance updates, new features, and platform changes.
• Help coordinate training sessions and maintain training materials related to ERP solutions.
• Contribute to internal newsletters and stakeholder engagement efforts.
• Identify opportunities to optimize governance processes and enhance efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within Workday governance.


Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be reliable and punctual.

  • Good time management skills.

  • Strong oral communication skills.

  • Ability to take and follow direction.

  • Willingness to learn.

Schedule requirements:

  • This internship will be June 2nd - August 8th 2025.

  • M-F Hybrid role includes onsite at MGB local sites and Assembly Row.

  • Remote Working days require stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant

  • Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible.
