Job Summary
SummaryDepartment based internship. Incumbent receives academic credit in accordance with school and internship guidelines. Internship provides hands-on learning experience.
We are seeking a highly motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Intelligent Automation (IA) Intern. As an IA Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge automation projects, gaining hands-on experience in the field of process automation.
Essential Functions:
1. Assist in RPA Development: Collaborate with the IA team to design, develop, test, and implement robotic process automation (RPA) solutions.
2. Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes to identify areas where automation can enhance efficiency and accuracy.
3. Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for RPA processes, including process flows, technical specifications, and user manuals.
4. Testing and Debugging: Conduct thorough testing of RPA solutions to ensure functionality, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and integrate IA solutions seamlessly into existing workflows.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest RPA technologies and trends to contribute fresh insights and ideas to the team.
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Must be reliable and punctual.
Good time management skills.
Strong oral communication skills.
Ability to take and follow direction.
Eagerness to learn and apply robotic process automation tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Power Automate).
Exposure to programming languages preferred.
