Exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced medical team within a growing federally qualified community health center. HealthFirst Family Care Center, Inc. “The Heart of Our Community” provides comprehensive services including adult/pediatric medical care, health education, health assessment and screenings, gynecology, cardiology, behavioral health, substance use treatment, and adult/pediatric dental care.
Summary
Under the general direction of the Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Data Reporter is responsible for assisting with HealthFirst’s Data Reporting and Analytics for Medical and Dental Operations, Quality Improvement, HRSA UDS submission, Patient Centered Medical Home accreditation, ACO performance and other areas as needed. The Data Reporter will be responsible for manipulation, validation, and presentation of healthcare and operations data to assist in decision-making processes.

Mon – Fri: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or a related field required. Master of Public Health (MPH) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) a plus.
- A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience related to data reporting. Experience in a Community Health Center or Public Health is a plus.
- Exceptional computer skills to manipulate, validate, and present data from multiple data sources. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL a plus.
- Working knowledge of Electronic Health Record systems (EHR), preferably Epic.
- Must submit a CORI release form and demonstrate proof of being free from disqualifying information.
