Harbor Health Services, Inc. is a nonprofit, public health agency committed to providing quality, comprehensive health care in metropolitan Boston urban neighborhoods, the South Shore, and Cape Cod communities. We provide a wide network of health care services. Harbor Health owns and operates five community health centers including: Geiger Gibson Community Health Center, Daniel Driscoll - Neponset Health Center, Harbor Community Health Center - Hyannis, Harbor Community Health Center - Plymouth, and the Ellen Jones Community Dental Center. In addition, Harbor Health administers the two Elder Service Plans in Boston and Brockton, a program providing care to frail elders in their place of residence, and the Women, Infants, and Children Nutrition Program. Combined, Harbor Health’s community health centers serve as the “family doctor” for more than 22,000 patients and as the “family dentist” to an additional 13,400 patients. The Elder Service Plan cares for more than 490 members.
