Established in 1975, GRMDC addresses unmet health needs and has been affiliated with Boston Medical Center since 1998. The center serves a culturally diverse population and offers services including Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Behavioral Health, Podiatry, and Dentistry. GRMDC is recognized as a NCQA Level III Patient Centered Medical Home and is Prime Certified for its Integrated Behavioral Health Program, positioning it as a trusted healthcare provider in the community.
