The opportunity
The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 8-Friday, August 14, 2026. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week. Interns will earn $17.50-$21.50/hour.
This role is hybrid (3-4 days/week on-site) at 300 Longwood Avenue, Boston. Specific work hours will be determined by the supervisor.

What you’ll do
- Attend relevant clinical informatics team meetings
- Support clinical informatics program related to specific operational and research projects including quantitative and/or qualitative data collection, data cleaning & analysis, and communication with program coordinator, fellows and faculty
- Attend a 2-day program orientation and onboarding
- Participate in virtual and in-person workshops and activities

Who you are
- You are an undergraduate college student in good academic standing and will be enrolled in a two-or four-year program for Fall 2026, and you are interested in working in healthcare
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc) is required
- Computer programming and data analysis skills are a plus (R, python, SQL, Excel, SPSS etc).
- Strong communication skills

- Scheduling an appointment during one of our on-site onboarding days
- Obtaining appropriate work permits and documentation, as needed
- Health records
- Proof of Employment Eligibility
- Media release
