Position Summary/ Department Summary:

The Digital Health team is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented professional to support the development, launch, and optimization of digital health products. This role combines market research, product analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure successful product adoption and measurable impact. The individual will contribute to product design and pilot planning, partner with technical teams and vendors on configuration and implementation, and support product leads with analytics and reporting. In addition, this role will help develop user-facing resources, facilitate vendor and stakeholder communication, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct digital health market research and benchmarking.

  • Serve as subject matter expert for assigned digital health products.

  • Support the analysis and design of new product launches, including identifying clinical and operational needs and developing pilot plans.

  • Configure and support digital health products in collaboration with technical teams and vendors.

  • Contribute to product backlog and roadmap planning in partnership with the product team.

  • Act as liaison across digital health product teams, including analytics, customer experience, and launch advisory.

  • Lead new product launch analytics in collaboration with the Digital Health Analytics team, including defining data collection processes, running analyses, and preparing deliverables.

  • Develop user training materials, newsletters, and related resources in partnership with the Customer Service & Experience team.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for vendors supporting new product launches.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives identified by the product team.

  • Present analysis, metrics, and reports to product managers and leadership.

Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, data, or related field (Master’s preferred).

  • 2–5 years’ experience in digital health, healthcare technology, or product support.

  • Experience with product launches, pilots, or implementations.

  • Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.

  • Background in cross-functional collaboration with technical teams, analytics, and vendors.

  • Familiarity with product roadmaps and backlog management.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience creating training or user-facing materials preferred.

  • Vendor management experience a plus.
