COLLEGE COACH Summer Internship: Radiology Informatics Intern

The opportunity

The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 9-Friday, August 8, 2025. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week.

We are using AI in language (e.g., clinical reports) and images (e.g., brain MRI) to understand brain development in normal and disease.

What you’ll do

• The interns will be working closely with graduate students and postdoctoral fellows in our lab. We will discuss with the interns for a topic that meets the intern’s personal interests and our ongoing project.

• This position is Hybrid

Who you are

• You are an undergraduate college student interested working in healthcare

• Familiarity with ChatGPT is a strong plus. Other skills/interests in AI, brain development, and healthcare are preferred but not mandatory.

• The interns will work on computers and will be expected to join us toward publications.

Recruitment process

• Internship opportunities: We aim to have all summer internship opportunities posted by February 28. They will be posted on a rolling basis as managers determine their availability to host an intern.

• Resume review & interviews: Applications will be screened, forwarded to managers as appropriate, and interviews will be scheduled.

• Offer decision: We will follow up within one week of your interview.

• Onboarding: Those selected for the internship program will complete onboarding by May to ensure a smooth start to the program.
